When will your studio be complete?

I wish I had a definite answer. It's been a year since the project started, and I had hoped to host events, workshops, and have a stock of unique organizing products by now to spark creativity. However, progress has been slow and challenging. I'm managing the finances on a cash flow basis, which does slow things down. Chad is overseeing the project while also running his own custom home business. With over 20 years of experience, he is juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Our discussions about completion dates and milestones fluctuate weekly. This experience has taught me the value of patience. My initial vision for the space has evolved over the past year. Given the luxury of time, I've made changes to my original plans. Chad is currently working on insulating the flooring for the concrete pour, and we have ordered windows. My next task is selecting a grand French door for the entrance. Once the project is finished, it will serve as a hub for networking and collaboration among creative entrepreneurs seeking exposure for their businesses. In the meantime, I'll continue to indulge in a glass of wine each evening, standing before the unfinished studio, dreaming of its completion.
